Shiro-Abhyanga
Shiro-Abhyanga is a form of Ayurvedic head and half-leg massage that focuses on the scalp, neck, shoulders, upper back and reflexology of the face and feet. He uses warm organic massage oil (sesame and sunflower oil infused with the Indian herbs Bhringaraj, Shatavari and Ashwagandha).
This ancestral Indian treatment is recognized as an anti-stress treatment that leads to deep relaxation by soothing the central nervous system. It prevents and relieves headaches and/or migraines and helps relieve eye fatigue. It also improves sleep quality and depression-related symptoms.
Some of the techniques used during the treatment: aromatherapy (essential oils), breathing techniques, acupressure (marma points) and reflexology for the face and feet.

Microdermabrasion
Diamond-tipped microdermabrasion is a gentle, effective method for removing the layer of dead cells on the skin's surface. On a well-cleansed face, different diamond tips are slipped on, combining suction and friction to dislodge dead cells. These various tips and the suction force are chosen according to skin type.
The purpose of this facial is to exfoliate the skin, improve its texture and give a luminous complexion. However, it is not recommended for severely blotchy or acne-prone skin. We also recommend avoiding exposure to the sun for two (2) weeks following your treatment.
